Self-hatred hinders and distorts our ability to love God and love others! It may sound selfish at first glance, but self-love is essential. When the disciples asked Jesus what the greatest commandment was, He responded: 

“‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” - Matthew 22:37-40 

Agreeing with God about who you are is imperative to changing the world! I believe that receiving God's love through workshops, such as our community workshops and God's love coaching, is the first step to transformation! 

As it is written, "We love because He (God) first loved us." - 1 John 4:19
